With just 3 ingredients needed, these smoothies will energize you for a busy day doing whatever is you need to do until you can rest up again tonight – for tomorrow.

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

- 1 bell pepper (quartered, seeds and stem removed)
- 1 peeled orange
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- A pinch of cayenne pepper or ground cinnamon
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

- 10 pieces of frozen or fresh mango
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
