We can\u2019t cut corners on sleep and not have it affect us.<\/p>\n<p>When your mom told you to \u201csleep on it,\u201d or to \u201cget your beauty sleep,\u201d she wasn\u2019t kidding. A lot of what we know about the basics of sleep is common sense \u2013 but is it possible to hack a good night\u2019s sleep? Cool water is like booster cables are to your stalled car. Start with letting the cool (not cold) water run over your hair, down to your shoulders and then to the rest of your body.
