Who you\u2019re quarantined with \u2013 or separated from \u2013 can add even more complications to the current crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe you\u2019re weathering through the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic with long days alone or in a house full of kids. You might be working from home \u2013 or trying to work from home \u2013 while struggling through home schooling or nursing an elderly parent. Or maybe you\u2019re on the front lines, providing essential services \u2013 thank you!<\/p>\n<p>Struggling to find the silver lining in our changed world?<\/p>\n<p>As the world has slowed down \u2013 and forced us to slow down \u2013 now might be the perfect time to begin practicing some (much-needed) self-care.
