one side is not popping up

i am going to ask for a switch because one side of the mattress is sinking. It's not popping up.we asked to switch the sides every few weeks but didn't work good

Purchasing, ordering, delivery went extremely well. The set is comfortable so far & we have slept much better. As far as sagging goes, we have only had it less than a month. So far so good.

Comfortable & Satisfied

We are happy with our mattress, a great value for the money. The only issue is that we have a split foundation and we can feel a ridge in the middle where they come together, otherwise we are happy.
