The retail store where you bought your mattress should be your first point of contact. If your retailer cannot service you or you can’t reach your retailer, please follow the instructions below to file a warranty claim.
What you will need to file your warranty claim:
- Your original store receipt
- The law tag on the end of your mattress
- Pictures of your mattress without sheets or a mattress protector
Warranty claims cannot be processed without this information.
- You will also need information regarding the type of bed frame in use.
- You may also be asked to submit pictures with specific measurements and other images necessary to evaluate your claim
Please note that transportation costs, if any, are the responsibility of the consumer.
