  • 12 frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened


  • 2 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. flex seed


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp. almond butter

  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 2  tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 inch piece peeled ginger

  • 1 peeled orange

  • 10 pieces of frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds


  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste the fresh island flavor and enjoy.
